Check out Dana and Loren Pennebakers site, they have a care sheet that covers breeding.
Its been a while, but best I remeber is you cut off food for about a week, but continue to water. Then you cut off food and water for another 6 weeks I believe. Then you start to water again for a week, and start feeding and misting heavily.
At this point you should see activity. If during the process you notice more then a 15% weight loss in any particular animal, you should pull them, re-introduce water and food as if the 6 weeks was up.
Some people will continue to lightly feed, others dont. I think you want to drop temps approx 10-15 degrees. As I said its been 4-5 years since I produced frilleds, so I would really suggest reading a few care sheets to double check my info.
Once you bring them out, really hit them with the moisture. Sadly for most people its a hit or miss process. I personally never had reliable production with my colonies. However I am ready to give it another try, and hope to have better luck.
I think a large enclosure and misting system would be very benificial for production. Also a couple of males, extra females, ect this time should help increase production.
Ive also heard of alot of people haveing problems with eggs hatching. I luckily had about a 90% hatch rate, but still low production.
Good luck, I think waiting for the female to be 3 years, as you did, will help your chances.
