sad and terrible news about Issey

moko Oct 27, 2004 07:55 AM

Last night the vet called and said Issey was just not coming out of the anesthesia like they would like and that his heartrate was very slow. I called first thing this morning and he didn't make it through the night. The technician said she was with him until 10:30 last night. None of their treatments were working, he was still not coming out of it. Poor little guy. I will miss him. Now we will refer to Mizzy as the widow Miyake. I have some great pictures of the two of them. I will post them if I can figure out why my computer won't let go of jpg files.

I'm so sorry to hear about Issey. Be sad for his loss, but remeber him in the good times too. Again, I'm really sorry to hear about your loss. =(

Gosh, that is really a sad post, thought he would make it,as many do with lost limbs. But the medicines are sometimes just to strong for these little lizards to tolerate

Hes romping already on all fours, and in the BEST HANDS possible,
so be sad, but get GLAD again real soon, hes fine now!

Take care,

And yes post his pics, we will be HONORED to see them all!

I'm really sorry for your loss. I know how it is to lose a beloved pet when you thought you were doing a good deed for them...

But, think of it this way. He's happy now, no pain, with all of his limbs still attached. =) Tobias, Novia, and I will mourn for your loss.

Again, so sorry.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Give widow Miyake some extra attention. You did the most you can and it sounds like your vet as well.
