how do i post pics here?

can someone give me a step by step instruction on how to post pics on the forum, i took some of my enclosure w my digital camera, and wanted to post them for feedback. thanks

You need to download the pictures to a server or photo host

Once you do that cut and paste the photo address (found in the address box) that is shown when you are looking at the picture.

You can put the address in the Image URL at the bottom of the Reply page.

or you can use (img)'photo address'(/img)

note: replace ( ) with [ ] in the previous line.

Put that line anywhere in the body of the reply. This lets you post more than one msg.

If your server offers webspace that is the best place.

Otherwise, go to

Log in

upload photo

preview it to make sure it is the size you want.

once the photo is uploaded follow the previous instructions.

it says they are too large, but im not exactly sure how to change the size, any help?

If you have Windows XP, you can open the image in Paint and go to Image_stretch/skew.

If you have 98, you'll need to open the pic in Explorer, right click on it and "Save as.." a Bitmap file(under "Save as Type" menu) before you can open it in Paint.
