can I put a red-tail boa and a ball python together for some leisure time?

It is not as if they are making a play date together. Hermann from Germany posted a picture not too long ago of a Boa that had regurges a Ball Python it had eaten. The two snakes would never come in contact with each other in the wild and may carry harmless bacteria that is natural to them but deadly to the other. Not a good idea in any fashion
