I just erase the real nice letter to the forum, so I'm going to try again. First how do you post a pic?
I name him Gabbie, he is a green w/brown spots PacMan frog. I think he eats good, I feed him 3 dusted crickets a day (I just put them in and let Gabbie find them). I also give him a feeder fish every 3 days (I hold it up in front of him and he takes it).
What I need help on is what kind of worms and rouches do I get and how do I feed them to Gabbie. Do tell me where I can get them. TY

Last i checked the bait shops around here only sold LIVE crawlers. Yeah, go ahead and try feeding by hand or you can use tongs
