but GEEZ! this summer ive seen more than ive seen since i moved here, ar actually ever. i started breedinga nd releasing some locals, never actually incubated eggs, but bred and released. and ive brought in babys from local fields. and BOOM, i saw at least 12 different ones this summer. cool huh?

sounds awsome. i just caught a hatchling/juvi northern today under a wet rotting log at sierra college. i also caught a gravid female during june, these guys are so cute .
