These threads are listed by the date of the first post, not the last post, so you can't "bump" them up...

I use calcium with D3 4 times a week and Herptivite once a week for my 6 month old panther. I will cut back when he gets older.

I use Minerall indoor. When the weather here allows it, I take my chams outside. If they're outdoors, I'll use Rep-Cal calcium and herptivite. I'm not saying that my way is best, but this is how I do it.

That was not called for, just for your information he is not fluent in the english language. So before you judge get your facts straight first.

HOw you dust will depend on a few things: amount of natural light your cham gets, what you gut load your crix with, and personal choice. I use a gutload that i got from adcham.com. I only use the dry and use polycrylimine for watering my crix, and also carrots or other veggies (i use carrots for my mealies, which is what my cham eats most of). I only dust with calcium every 3rd feeding about and with minerall I every two weeks about. It depends on how much my cham eats... she has had a low appetite now than before i bred her a year ago. She has had her share of problems but when she was gravid her xrays showed that her bones were well formed and developed, and she didn't have any deficiencies. Now she seems to be in good health. If you don't have a very varried gutload (like a bran/oatmeal mix and veggies or something store bought) then you may want to use a vitamin supplement.
