I hate to bad mouth anyone for mistakes, but when they accept no responsiblity for there stock, it puts it on a whole new playing field. A popular company in California that deals with all sorts of reptiles, from my experience, is very inconsistent. I have been dealing with reptiles for over a decade, and by far the worst experience. I purchased 3 dragons from them in July, at the same time bought 4 more from local, reliable breaders. As of now, 3 months later, 2 of the 3 from this place in California,(I'm sure we all have dealth with one time or another) bearded dragons are alive. Of the two left, one is seriously genetically incorrect, just like the sibling that died previously. The others that I have purchased locally, are double the size. So the one that is the healthiest, is not growing. When confronted about this problem, they told me it was probably in my setup. That it wasnt right. Well that being the case, why is that the other four I have in different cages all have the same setup, are thriving. Again I understand sometimes things go wrong, but you should be able to back up what you sell. When I was told that they get dragons from different local breeders in California, I find that very reassuring to know that anyone can breed these and this Company, again not to mention any names, will sell it. Telling an experience keeper, have had several dragons with few problems over the years, 2 out of 3 from one place isnt very reputable. Especially when they accept no fault. Point made, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
