I don't know if it's the best way, but this is what I'm doing. (It's going to be a process)
I just switched my girl from live to fresh killed this last feeding. I fed the first mouse live, then the other 5 fresh killed. She took them all, but I did have to dangle them around a little. Hopefully, if my process works, then next week I can feed her all of them fresh killed. Then, the feeding after that I am going to try and give her frozen/thawed and see if she will take those.
Now it might not be necessary to go through the whole "process" I'm doing, but I just wanted to transistion her slowly and it worked so far.
Also, try searching the forums, just put "f/t" or "frozen/thawed" in the search box and you'll get a lot of useful info about it.
Here you will find all you need to know.
