Shedding is a function of growth. Young chams should shed more often than older ones. Has he grown much since you got him? Has he gained weight? If not, he's probably got some nutritional problems going on. What are you gutloading and dusting with, how often, and what temps and lighting do you use?

i gut load them with fish food and cover them in reptical supplement i dont know how big he was when i got him but the site i got him from said he was about 3 inches probally

If he's growing and behaving normally maybe he's just an infrequent shedder. FYI fish food is not a great gutload. You can make it MUCH more nutritious by mixing vitamin fortified cereal, bee pollen, other grains such as oatmeal, offer fresh leafy greens, veggies, and fruits. Also, humidity and misting helps the shedding process.
