My Butters are the most mellow corns. Slow moving when handled and haven't rattled, bitten or urinated on me in their lives.

My normal and my okeetee are somewhere in the middle. I can't say it follows a pattern of who I handled the most either. I read the post below but I don't think you can make generalizations about morphs. Even though a large scale breeder like Rich has seen many calm snakes in his Amber line, that is most likely HIS line of ambers because they are all related individuals who are passing down their "calm gene." Just my opinion. It would make an interesting study but for it to be a randomised, double blind, accurate study one would have to paint all the snakes the same color first to prevent bias
>>As I stated in my response to Darin's question. All of my snakes are tame. Some maybe a little tamer then others but none bite. I have creamsicles, okeetees, a ghost, a few snows and several other morphs that have never musked or even acted as if they would ever bite, and the rest may have shown a little tenseness or nervousness but have never bitten.
My wife is my true test. She will handle any of the snakes I raised from hatchlings, which includes those listed above.
I handle all of my snakes at least a couple of times a week.
