That is a normal boa with a somewhat normal pattern. Abberancies show up very often in common BCI's. The pattern could be reproduced thru breeding, but isn't as 'dramatic' visually as, say the amelanistic gene.
I don't mean to belittle your boa at all, just would like to give you my opinion since you asked. After all, one of my favorite boas is a common BCI....
