Is there a Doctor in the house? I mean Vet?

MissHisssss Oct 30, 2004 02:11 AM

A friend of mine had a half Mastiff half German Shepherd die recently. It hadn't eaten for a few days and walked kinda with it's stomach sucked in, back hunched. He was going to take it to the Vet but said it looked like it was getting better but then it died. When he picked it up blood rushed out of it's mouth and nose. He also said it was loosing a lot of hair. I thought of D-Con poisoning because of the hair loss and bleeding. Any suggestions? Twisted gut maybe?

Thanks....

I am no vet but that sounds like classic wariffin poisoning. I beleave that is used in D-con.
