ball hatching pics?

in the pics of hatching balls you guys ar posting , the eggs have large areas of shell cut away are you guys doing that or are the pythons doing this. probably a stupid question but i have only ever hatched culubrids and they only made a small slit to crawl out of. thanks, griffindor

The breeder is cutting away a window to see and photograph what is coming out. Balls hatch the same as other snakes, lots of slits.
