My little helper

This is a pic of my kid, Hunter. I'm still trying to decide if it's more important to potty train him, or to teach him to clean chameleon cages.... What do you all think? He just turned 2.

What a cutie! How lucky he is to grow up with so many chameleons! I agree with paying him in ice cream.

I agree with the cleaning of cages, but not paying with ice cream, use tootsie rolls you can get 100 for like 3.00, thats a lot cheaper then ice cream, and it's not child labor because he's your own...LOL

Ha ha, thanks. So far, he's not much help out there.... He keeps throwing hot wheels in the silkworms and letting out the fruit flies. I think I'm breeding black widows faster than chameleons. His payment will come when I get some production out of him ha ha ha....

Black widows, really? Eh.... I'm not a fan of spiders. I came home to a giant one hanging in the middle of my dorm room the other day. I wandered around in the hallway until I found a boy to dispose of it for me.

I'm not doing it on purpose, but with all the loose bugs in there they have it made pretty good. I wipe out about 10 every weekend, mostly during the summer. I'm way out in the desert here, so they're all over the place.

Tyler,

I'd go with the cham cages! I had the choice of training Emily (my gf) or teaching her how to take care of the chams. Teaching her to be able to take care of the chams was easy and I'm still trying to train her years later! I think I got more out of teaching her about chams than I would have trying to keeping her in line He's a cute kid though, thats for sure, I'm sure he'll excel at either!

Tyler,

you may want to focus a little on the potty training as you teach him to clean out the cham cages - otherwise he may mimic them - climb a tree a let it go!! LOL!!!
