personally I think they are just overpriced pastels.....

alot of people like them and their look.....clean sides....bright yellow.....dark blacker saddles..........

I personally like the "Bell or Graziani line" pastels......blushed centers.....different shades of yellow....some with over shades of darker color....brown tints over the yellow...with drker tinting to the upper portions of the yellow coloring on the sides......

.......short ..less bright.....but more shades and blushed better...

.......and ......less money.......lemons and all go for what? males @ $1400 and even more.....?.......

what about Bell lne for like $800 to $1000.....less money......(females @ $1400 to $2400 depending on whom is taking your cash....)......

.......spring....make my own Bells.......aaaaaaahhhhhh.....lots of females please......?........

good luck.............JY

Blonde pastels are much more likely to hold a nice color into adulthood and if you are using them to make a bumble bee or some other higher priced animal you would hate to have a $40,000 animal look like crap as an adult. Just my opinion.

.....maybe they stay better as adults...I am not sure.....

like I said...my opinion...they look worse as babies so it doesn't matter to me....

others love lemons and all......to each...yadda yadda......you know....

ok.....bumblebees....$40,000 ....wow.....

.......guess they are traded a whole lot more than cash sales...

and....my one question>??? well 2.....

1.....any adult bumblebees out there?..pics?.....

2.....is there such a thing as an ugly bumblebee?......I don't think .....?....

yes..spider and pastel come in all shades and colors......

..............but if you look...you can get less expensive yet pretty of both morphs.....

as for spiders...just hold out 3 weeks and the price will drop $3000.............right?....

good luck...have fun......

The bumble bee was the best example I could come up with because that is what pastels are best known for breeding with and then of course supers. I really dont think an ugly pastave would be an issue and they dont sell anyway (eventhough I think they are one of the nicest looking morphs out there and could care lss about white babies). Hold out three weeks and the spiders drop 3000...sure but its only being honest on the market. sorry for the true $15,000 buyers the month prior (I will be nieve and assume they were out there). The adult bumble bee may not look bad and you are right we dont know until we see but I have seen adult blonde pastels and think they are for the most part nicer looking. maybe an ugly bumble bee doesnt exist but pastel ghosts and plenty of other designers to be from the pastel I would think it would be nice if they all kept their color into adult hood. Maybe it isnt worth the price gap but if it isnt it wont stay there for long anyway. just my unqualified opinion. I am not making blonde bumble bees anytime soon anyway.

I never seen a 2000 plus gram Blonde pastel. Everybody calls a 700 gram male an adult....LOL....Thats a baby.
