How big is sexually mature and how big is full grown?

I feel that age is more important than size when it comes to breeding alterna. I wait until the animals are three years old(minimum) to try and breed them. My smallest breeders are approx. 24 inches. My largest alterna are males(2) that are both 40 inches plus. I hope this info helps.
