It is underway, my first rescue was adopted today!

pythonmomma Oct 31, 2004 06:19 PM

After a month of thinking and talking and looking and observing, I adopted out ym first iguana. The man bought a cage from cages by design and bought everything I told him he would need. He set the place up, got the temps right, and did a few bonding sessions. Franklin, my smallest, went home with him today after we went to the grocery store and did a quick shopping for food. He actually looks really happy with the guy. Now I can take in another rescue and start looking at more people wanting iguanas. I just hope I can help a few more get a good like likfe him. The man should be sending me pictures in 2 months of the cage with Franklin in it and some other pictures. I'll post as soon as I know how he is doing.
