snake for paldrium?

im buying a custom made tank that is 36"Hx40"Lx40"W
and its going to be a pauldrium with little land the water will be brackish and have mangroves the smallest fish will be 6" and there will be an extension to the height by means of a screen atleast 12" high i have never had a snake and looking for one that is arboreal and not to expensive
