Is it ok to allow my boas to occationally take a warm dip in the tub?? If so, when would be the best times??

yes it is perfectly o.k. for your boas to take a dip. Just remember what is warm to you might be scalding hot to them.
I always try to match the water to the animals temperature by checking both with the heat gun.
