Aquatic turtles can they get ich ?

I bought some sucker fish and another filter fish looks like a small catfish kinda big whiskers anyways this bottom feeder is picking up ich bad, and i'm worried can the RES get it ?

Nope, can't. they reptiles. fish are fish.

No, but I would still take out the sick fish. It might make the other's sick and It might have other problems.
