How do you clean snakes curled up next to feces?

aliaime Nov 01, 2004 03:18 PM

Occationally my Boa likes to curl up inside her Terra Cotta pot with her feces inside the pot. After cleaning up the mess do I have to wash the snake as well???

I will just rinse mine off under the faucet if it's that bad and they smell. I don't use any kind of soap or anything.

my little zoo:
jungle carpet python
2 corns
honduran milk
sonoran gopher
2 anoles
3 fire bellie toads
4 cats
2 dogs

I usually wipe mine down with a warm, damp washcloth at each cage cleaning.
