i found this guy the other day and figured it was an eastern hognose and someone told me that it might be a southern. also i live in south carolina, hope this helps and the picture tuns out........... thanks

Southerns *generally* have much more of a dark, defined pattern on their backs. Look at the snake from a ventral aspect... the underside of the tail will be lighter in contrast to the belly if it is an Eastern.
you may have some issues with feeding it. It may only want something that smells like a frog. Do some research on the forums and see what people recommend when feeding small easterns.
