What do you mean by "difference?"
Anolis carolinensis is the same critter, whether it is cared for as a pet, or fed to other animals.
I'm not aware of retailers differentiating in any way between Anoles sold as pets, or as feeders.
Perhaps some do.
I thought about what you probably meant a bit more...
If a store is selling anoles at bulk prices (perhaps housing them near the cricket tubs or feeder rodent areas) then they are probably not taking care of them as well as they would anoles that are being sold as pets (though pet stores don't usually take very good care of these, either).
I would think that wild-caught anoles would be a little too parasite infested to make good feeders (for snakes, I guess?) anyway...
