mrcham Nov 02, 2004 10:14 AM

I just wanted to let everyone here know about the Ultrasonic Humidifier i just bought from Wallmart for around $30

I learned of it from Chamresearch.com It has a cool mist that you can see, Modified you can run more than one enclosure at a time from it

As soon as i hooked it up my fraggle soaked in it for fifteen minutes, He loves it

Really similar to the "classic" ultrasonic unit made by Sunbeam and Sunmark. They've been around for some years. All ultrasonics create that "visible" mist and operate just above room temp. You can modify the spout for piping to separate cages with 2" diameter pvc water pipe or plastic hose. Best invention for cham keepers since the cricket!

I use the big Sunbeam. I also use the mini-ones (Sunbeam brand) that I can put directly in her cage for added moisture in the very dry months of winter.
