Building a new enclosure.

mizar 21 Nov 02, 2004 02:45 PM

I have almost finished my new enclosure, whats fun is that the minute i will put my iguana in that enclosure i'm starting building a bigger one (the last one, i hope.) I have a problem, i have made a nice climbing log for my igg with a bigf and solid cardboard tube that i have covered with rope to offer good grip. I use sisal cord but it smell quite a lot. The cord is 100% natural sisal, i've read that a lot of people use this too but how do you get rid of the smell ? And aint that rope a little rough ?

Maybe if you let the rope get some sunlight. Put the rope outside for a few hours I think it works...
