Hey guys,
My female 3 month old dragon has something wrong with her nose. I think it might have to do with her shed. Three of her legs are still dull colored and not shed yet I think. and her back is, and... Well its just weird. One of her nostrils looks much darker than the other and is kind of clogged looking... Has anyone experienced this before?
Ya, sounds pretty normal. A good soak/bath and some gentle rubbing with a soft toothbrush should help.

Sounds to me like a nose plug. Hades gets those every shed. If you see something start to come out of her nose in the shape of her nostil, then just take some tweesers and gently pull it out. It might be long, but it's normal.
