Hi there:
I am working on the "feeder tub". It is not my mud snakes setup, but a large seperate container of clean water containing many various feeder animals. So far, I have added a shiner, two feeder guppies and a rosy to it. I also have a goldfish that I froze in the secretions that various salamanders and newts let off when I picked them up, mixed with the water from their setups. I am about to go to my exotics store to add more feeders to my "feeder tub". I am getting a small craysish, a ghost shrimp and a pond snail. I was also wondering if you thought these guys might take larvae like bloodworms, blackworms, glassworms, or organisms like cyclops daphnia and brine shrimp. Any other ideas? Whatever it refuses after several feeder sessions will be fed to my other herptiles.
