What size tank do you have?
I have terra cotta pots in mine. They can bask on top or hide in them. I have a few pieces of drift wood that makes a walk way up to the Aloe vera plants that they like to camp out in.I have two basking spots and lights because I have 2 chucks. I also have a slimline floresent fixture to give them the UVA & UVB that they need. I use sand for the substrate.

i have a custom built tank, it is 5 foot by 2 foot x 3 foot high. I have a heat lamp at one end and a slimline fixture across the top. the front is plexiglass and the substrate is sand. I have driftwood in the tank (manzanita branches) a water bowl and a hideout log that they can sit on top of or crawl under. there are 2 adult pairs and a baby female in there.

When they get settled and start to get territorial one will eventually die either by force from the other or starvation from being so intimidated that he will not eat. Tom

Tom thanks for the advice. Already one male is more active and tame than the other male. He acts like he is intimidated by the others. The cage is 5 foot long by 3 ft high by 2 foot deep.
