I happen to be originally from the areas of these raids. Do the math on these articles. $250 for a box turtle....etc...etc... Why would an agency want to give a grosselly overestimated figure for the dollar value of their bust? Draw your own conclusions. Notice how the fact that marijuana (probably a joint) was found at one of the raid sites was added into this article. Why? Draw your own conclusions. The article is titled "Degenerated Science". It is a long read, but if anyone is REALLY interested in protecting wildlife they should do themselves a favor and read it. By the way, does anybody know what government agencies do with confiscated wildlife after they are done "protecting" it? ..... they usually KILL it! If you don't believe me do some research on it.
