need a color website

FindaratoT Nov 03, 2004 02:36 PM

Hello to all, I was wondering if anyone knew any good websites for the psychology behind color changing. I've found pleanty good ones on the science behind how they do it, but now i'm more interested in why they do it. I've been looking for research done in this area, but so far i've come up empty.
Thanks for any help.

P.S my very young male veiled is doing great he is at 6 weeks old now and doing well. thanks for your help with him.

I found links to these articles on www.blackwell-synergy.com
by typing "chameleon color" into the search field. However, you may have to have a subscription to read them or use that site. Thru the University I have access to a lot of scientific journals. Is this the kind of thing you are looking for? I can read through them later, if you like.

You are correct. I forget what the species name is, but Atelerix is the genus.
