I thought I would just post a pic of Qubert. He is doing great, he lets me hold him any time, he still kinda freaks out when you are picking him up, doesnt try to bite just trys to get away. But as soon as he is in my hands he is fine. Oh I was wondering if anyone has any opinion on boa phile cages. I plan on getting a few of them, they seem to be pretty good, just wanted to know what you guys thought.

I ordered some caging from the boaphile with incage heating and his thermostat, i will let you know how it is when it arrives.

Get a vision cage. I have a boaphile and unless you get every option they arent worth it. Without lights in them they are impossible to see inside. I did not know this when I ordered mine and when it came it had no lights and no vents, so I had a dark extremly humid black box. I will not buy anything but vision cages from now on. I have a bunch of visions and love them. But of course alot of people have boaphile cages and love them, so maybe you will have better luck them I have had.

Boaphile cages are nice but they aren't quite deep enough for most larger snakes. I always like about 36" of depth so that heavier bodied snakes are more comfortable and can spread out more and the deepest boaphile makes them is 24" deep. This is why ap cages and monster cages have my vote for best plastic large boid cage.

I just remembered it was a yellow and not a green so 24" should probably be enough unless its a monster yellow

Because I've wanted an anaconda for years and everytime I try to get one something goes wrong (wild caught bad condition, just sells out, accendtly got sold on me, wouldnt ship, etc) and whenever I come on here and see your guy's beautiful condas it makes me want them even more. I was accually going to buy myself one as an early christmas present to myself, but the people I planned on buying from were all sold out. So I have two ornate nile monitors, a pair of indonesean ratsnakes and an african rock python to hold me over lol.
