just thought I'd share pix, his name is Koopa, when he's big enough I'll put him in the enclosure I built for Zilla.

What a super cutie face! Congrats on your new kid!
One thing I have to mention, though, is I would recommend keeping the little guy on newspaper or paper towel until he's 6 months to a year old. Little ones are more prone to impactions from particle substrates, and some of the sand grains in there look pretty large.
He sure is a cute one!! I love the pictures of babies next to coins - it's hard to imagine any of mine were ever that small.

Thanx for all of the replies, He is a Mali, He was being kept on sand when I "found" him and his stools are normal, but I appreciate the concern about his substrate(believe me I'm keeping a close eye on him). He's actually doing better than I expected. The shop owner was keeping him in a 12"x6" enclosure with no light, no hide, a heat strip under it set to 90 degrees, a water bowl, and about 6 small crickets. The humidity in the shop was also more humid than our SE Ga. weather so I'm assuming about 50 percent. I couldn't change the shop owners mind about those effects, so I bought him for 100 bucks. I really hate supporting his shop, but I know I made the right decision, plus my girl Zilla(below) needs a buddy. I hope their future holds the pitter-patter of little Mali claws....
