I just got info on a great mister
All i need now is info on a top of the line Thermostat
I've looked at Helix,Johnson,And a few other which the names dont come to mind right now
I'm Looking for one that has a night drop, And wont stick and bake my Chameleons!

When you say it will house 1 male, 1 female, and maybe hatchlings . . . You surely don't mean at the same time, do you? I doubt that's what you mean, but that's what it sounded like.

It will have compartments

Why do you need a thermostat, if the cage is built properly you should have a temp gradient, and if not use differnt watt spot bulbs, zoo-med makes from 25w-at least 150w. The night drop is just going to happen naturally when the lights go off.

Im keeping it downstairs in my house,
It gets kinda cold at night in the winter
I just want the assurance that it wont get that cold in it

you will have to use ceramic heat emitters because if your lights keep coming on while they are sleeping your chams will not be able to sleep well and stress out. I have something like yours but I put the lights on a timer and have the ceramic emitter click on at night. I just use two cheaper ESU thermostats one for night and one for days. Both are on timers. I don't let the night temps dip below 70 for my panthers.
