Those two are definitely poised to produce killer babies. I think the chrome-heads are probably my favorite "black" blood phase (though the pitch-blacks are pretty amazing too).

One thing I was wondering looking at their heads: do they have any red pigment (tyronase?) at all? Or are the chrome-blacks essentially axanthic?

Not that it really matters; they're gorgeous either way .

Kara he looks amazing, I wish you good luck with all of your bloods that will be breeding this year, hopefully they rock out tons of cool babies, and I look forward to seeing them when they do arrive.

i have a yearling male that looks just like that, ive put his pic on the forum before but kara i was wondering. when you breed him to your female im sure youll get some nice chrome headed little ones and im looking for a female chrome head for my male so if you get any babies could you contact me if you sell them because i really want a chrome head female for my little guy
