This girl roams free with BIG KONG, and began showing orange a while back. Then it faded, now shes extremely firm and orangey in neck area is appearing again.

I may have to round her up and confine her and see if she lays. I put down a shallow tub with wet sand on the floor in a corner but I dont know if she will go there.

I dont know if they actually mated or not either, shes just r big and firm !

did you tell that girl that it is novemeber and way past breeding season? it would be nice to see some big kong babies. i would want to know if they grew to be large like him. perhaps walter could get a BIG girlfriend from them, ha ha.

I had Zuni my very BLUE guy try mating today with Chenoa a TEXAS lady ! He was just as EAGER to go, as if it were spring!

I have enough kids for the winter to take care of LOL

walter is not very long but he is really meaty. much meatier than kaiser. walter is just a good old collared lizard. until i got kaiser, none of mine had fancy colors. well they do but nothing that a camera could pick up. he has lots of green on him, very handsome face and is very trusting. i can do anything i want to ivan, but it took me a long time to get there. walter just does not care.
the little H is good. he is such a curious little guy. very different than helga. he looked alot lighter today so i wonder if he is going to peel. i am just calling it a he till i find out otherwise. he is so very active too, not a good eater yet. he likes to eat the old crunchy stuff and ate some spilled dried food off the floor. he likes the dry stuff. i must get him out of that habit.

My UVB bulb burned out yesterday!!
Trying to decide if I brumate them now and buy a new one in the spring or get a new one now!?!?!?!?!

Saige sure got heavy earlier this fall but she has slimmed down a bit now. I'm not sure what that was about. But this week we noticed she sems to be getting pinker around her neck and down her sides where the salmon color had never completely faded.
I think Kachina and Kong will have awesome looking babies. I hope he nailed her while you weren't looking!!!!
