Sounds like a respiratory problem. Is she making noise when she breathes or is her mouth gaping?
I would recommend taking her to the vet.

There's not really a whole lot you can do by yourself other than making sure the temps are within range. If your snake has RI, you will need properly dosed antibiotics to get rid of it (if it's bacterial in nature). If it's viral, you will not be able to do much at all even with the help of a vet. Make sure the snake always has plenty of fresh water and keep the temperatures around 80 degrees, no lower than 75 and no higher than about 87. I'd definitely have it checked out by a vet as soon as possible. If the snake is still feeding and drinking OK, then it will probably be fine.

What substrate is she on? If she is on sawdust or some other type of shavings, I would take her off and put her on newspaper.
Make sure she is warm enough but don't overheat her. Don't let her get to the normal cool temp either. I also think taking away her water is good too. I would offer her water daily but only for an hour or so. She won't dehydrate in a day but the extra moisture in the cage from the bowl won't help her to dry out. Make sure she has lots of fresh air, don't let her cage air get stale. Keep her cage extra clean while she is sick too. Don't use any harsh chemicals like bleach to clean her cage either. If you have to use chemicals, move her to another clean cage until you get the chemical ordors out of her regular cage.
Good luck with her. Let us know how she does.

If she had just had a drink it isn,t uncommon to have water come back up especialy if she drank alot.
