it's very possible. it's called egg binding, and is fairly common, and possibly fatal. get it to a vet emmediatly.

I can't afford to take it to the vet because I am jsut a kid and can't afford it. It is also a wild specimint that I caught myself and will let go if there is no hope. Can you tell me if there are any ways to save her without vets and money. Please respond. I need help!

hmm, how positive are you that she is egg bound? if it's a wild specimen, the chances of her being egg bound are greater, because if she was gravid when you caught her, she may with hold the eggs out of stress. my advice would be to release her.
