Hypo Hogg cross questoin and observation ...

southernboids Nov 05, 2004 06:47 AM

I was searching the classifieds as I always do and I came accross an add for a Hypo Hoggs Cross from a Super Hypo. Well when I looked at the add to me it looks like the super was not a super because that animal pictured looks like the Normal x Hogg meaning that super was only Co Dom. Reason I say.. is because I also had a Hypo Hog clutch with a possible super and my super proved Co Dom. So my clutch had Hypo Hoggs as well as the non hypo hogg cross or what I called the Normal Hogg cross. So is it just me or is that animal that is prices extremely low for a Hypo Hogg just really a Normal Hogg cross????

that is either a normal hog or the product of a hog x hypo where that snake did not receive the co-dom hypo gene. Does not show any signs of hypo on it. This is just my opinion and I could be totally wrong but I have seen hypo hog crosses and they do not look like that. Good observation.
