proper labeling of offspring

If I eventually breed my male 03 Crumbly red that I purchased from the crawl space to my female 04 kingsville red that I purchased from John Cherry, what would the proper way be for me to label their offspring? What exactly would they be? Just a red Crumbly/Kingsville cross? I need help with this as I would eventually want to advertise the offspring correctly...
