I don't think you should get things diagnosed over the internet, especially without a photo. If they stay there or get bigger, you should take the uro to a vet that knows about herps.

Hi! I just read on the Uromastyx home page that uros can get hard lumps on their body if they don't get enough D3. Apparently, they keep a reservoir of calcium (in lumps) until they can metabolize it. It says that the lumps per se are not dangerous. However, not getting enough calcium (in this case not being able to benefit from it) is. I don't know if this is the case with your uro, but it might be worth looking into.

While a vet is always recommended, Uros will develop these bumps long the spine and sides of the bellies if they aren't getting enough UVB or are intaking too much calcium. Somebody may have gone crazy with the calcium supplement. One of the more knowledgable posters may be able to offer a better opinion, but the breeder I have bought from says they are harmless and a sign to cut back on the calcium.

Good luck to both of you.
