it kinda looks like a scab but is smooth, no differenct than the other scales, but it's only on 1 scale and is kinda circular with little parts fading off, and it's brown and a little reddish.

without seeing a pic, I'd say it's scale rot. what is the humidity in your snake's enclosure? it should be roughly around 50%.
