Ever since i bought my tegu he has had bumps on his back, looks like white pimples. Can anyone tell me what this is or how to get that out?

If the tegu getting proper lighting? fresh water? calcium and vit suppliments? If so I would take a picture with a decent digital cam. This will serve to purposes, one is so you can post it somewhere on the web to better show us what it looks like and the other is so you can check it every day to see if its getting better or worse. If you try to remember what it looked like yesterday it will not seem as different as looking back at a picture.
Since lizards/snakes don't show sickness until they are pretty sick, I woud check more tegu specific sites for info. There are a few good sites that have been around and some that are just starting up. Try agama international, bluetegu and thetegu.com for starters.
