What sized crix are right for a two month old?

PoohBear03031 Nov 06, 2004 12:47 PM

I don't remember what size I got at the expo when I bought her, and I just ordered 1000 2 week old crix, and they are really tiny. They are about half the size of the previous ones. I can't find a caresheet that tells you, although I know I have seen one before. Thanks Much.

Probably the 1/2 inch crix should be right. The rule to follow is: a cricket no bigger than the space between the eyes. Beardies can & will usually go for a much bigger cricket, but problems with impaction can result.
