how much should you feed a 34" brb a week?

Slacker,
...When they are that size I feed them one meal a week that is large enough to make a noticeable lump in them after they swallow it. I want them to grow between 1 and 2 inches a month when they are that size. I adjust the size of the meal to keep them growing at that rate. When they reach 5 feet they are not so easy to measure and so I rely more on weight to decide how much to feed them. At 5 feet they can become obese if fed too much so I try to feed enough to keep them growing and gaining weight without looking like they are becoming obese. Feeding twice a month seems to work fine with adults. Adult females can be fed heavily after they lay babies to put weight back on.
