My new snake breeders

dokke Nov 06, 2004 03:06 PM

I got a good deal on these two. My former albino cali king died a litlle while ago. My jungles are to young to breed, so i was left without breeding specimens for this season.
But then i found these two from a befriended breeder.
I got an abberant albino cali male and a thayeri female.
The mate of the female died , so he didn't have plans for her.
She was attacked a little by a mice on the tail, but is healing nicely.
Not exactly the colour i like , but the saddles are nice and she isn't too bad. Anway i got such a good deal i couldn't refuse.
I'm hoping the thayeri will live to her reputation an trow some very different coloured offspring.( hoping on some nice yellow).
Planning to make f1 hybrids from them. F1 jungles with the cali and my missing red and snow corn and some interesting cali / thayeri hybreds. Anyone who has done them; pics and info welcome. He gave me the advice to cool the thayeri at least 3 months.
Grtz

The flash made the gray look even more geyish, but she is actualy a lot more yellow.
