question about my male leos skin

I have a male sht and his skin around his cheeks has been getting darker and almost chaulky looking. has anyone ever experianced this before and what is it?

Yeah I have seen similiar things like you mentioned. I wouldn't worry about it. I have also seen a few Ray Hine line animals get really thick necks! Strange looking. Didn't seem to affect them but it was weird anyway. Also seen baldies develop weird markings on their heads and really bright nice looking animals get dark and drab. I think your guy probably is fine. If it worsens or develops any type of blistering or open sore then its time to visit a vet. I wouldn't be too concerned though. Great looking gecko!
