It's a 4"dia PVC drain fitting costs less than $5.00 at LOWES.Cut it in half at the seam lines on the side sand all the rough edges.Silicon'd a paver to the top for a weight and a basking spot.Theres enough room for 2 URO's under it with room to spare.

to make it blend in better u could silicon rocks to the PVC pipe...like gravel or washed stones...did that before and looks really awesome
