Pine is not safe for your corn snake.
When it gets wet it can release harmfull oils.
Use aspen shavings, paper towels or newspaper.
These are much safer.

One thing is gonna frustrate you about using a light colored bedding. It gets SOOOOOOO boring when your snake has almost no contrast between its coloring and the bedding coloring. I thought I was going to gouge my eyes out after so long of using aspen and lizard litter. I've recently switched to coconut bark, which is great! The only downside is she loves loves looooves to tunnel and dig, and it's no good for that. It really depends on what you'd prefer: getting a headache looking at the cage for too long, or letting the snake have fun. Personally, I alternate every so often.
Have fun!
