Hello everybody! I'm pretty new to kingsnake so I just wanted to get some info from everyone about rough-neck monitors. I have acquired one from a buddy who owed me money but I think I love him! (not really sure on the sex.) I've kept a number of herps and I was actually looking to get a tegu from St.Pierre when I acquired this little guy. He is a baby (I wouldn't even consider him a juvenile) and I have him in a 55 gallon tank until I make a more suitable home. My question is as an adult what kind of floor space is needed for my new friend? I know they are arboreal and I have access to a seven foot tall cage but the width is about three foot from side to side and about the same front to back. Would this be ok or not? I know they get pretty good size but I didn't know how much they would spend on the ground. He would definetly be roaming around my house a lot as well. If anyone has adults how are their attitudes? My baby is completely docile just wants to roam around the living room and up my arm. Sorry for rambling but I'm really excited and will try to post pics soon. Thanks to everyone, Zack
